Brief Introduction
One of the pioneers and the most influential centers in Operations Research and Systems Engineering
in China, the Department of Management, Decision and Information Systems conducts a theoretical, methodological and applied research in these fields. The academician Guozhi Xu is the founder of the Operations Research and Systems Engineering in China. Professor Jifa Gu is the President of China Society of Systems Engineering and Professor Xikang
Chen is the Honorary President of China Association of Input-Output. A few department staff hold important posts of international academic associations and are managing editors, associate editors and advisors of several international journals.
