We will survey the various balancedness conditions that ensure the existence of the core of an NTU game. We then give a new balancedness condition that unifies all the existing ones and provide a necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of the core of an NTU game. In doing so, we will also show the connections between the well-known K-K-M-S theorem and the existence of cores.
